6000 in September!

UPDATE: We did it! Such a fantastic effort from all our members, great work everyone!

In September, we extended the following challenge to our members!

September's Gym Challenge - ‘‘6000 in September’’

We challenge you - ASC gym members - to accumulate 6000 minutes of walking on the Air Runner in September! Come in early for your PT, stay later, come in a different day, whatever it takes! If everyone takes part it averages out at 20 minutes of walking per day, doesn't sound too bad does it??

We'll leave a sheet next to the treadmill so everyone can log their minutes, these must be done OUTSIDE of your PT time, we want this to be extra exercise!
